Directions

Directions via Munich / Germany:

Take the A8 from Munich, heading to Salzburg. At the intersection "Inntaldreieck" take the A93 with direction to Innsbruck. You will cross the Austrian border in "Kiefersfelden" and then leave the Autobahn at the second exit, "Kufstein Süd", with direction "Felbertauern". Keep on the road heading to Lienz, passing St. Johann, going through Kitzbühel, over the mountain pass "Pass Thurn", through Mittersill and then through the tunnel "Felbertauerntunnel".

After the tunnel you pass Matrei and then, after approx. 10 km, you reach the village "Huben", where you make a right turn into the "Defereggental".

Reaching the Hotel & Resort Defereggental by plane:

Another convenient way to reach us is to travel by airplane. For instance, you can fly into Klagenfurt / Carinthia from many major cities in Germany or also from London/Stansted. From Klagenfurt you reach the hotel in approx. 2,5 hours. Service to Munich, Germany is always possible from all major European airports.
