Terms & Conditions | Winter 2025/26

  • PRICES: All rates are expressed per person and night in Euro, including half-board. Subject to modifications.
  • VISITOR'S TAX: All adult guests are charged a daily visitor's tax of € 2.60 per person/night (from the age of 16 onward).
  • BED AND BREAKFAST: For bed and breakfast only, the half-board price is reduced by € 10.00 per person/night.
  • DEPOSIT: Prior to arrival, a deposit will become due. Details are mentioned in your booking confirmation.
  • DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN: Fixed rate for children incl. half-board in their parents’ room: Under the age of 2 years free of charge, 2-6 years € 45.00 per night, 7-15 years € 80.00 per night. Children in their own room receive a 25% discount on the regular rate (up to the age of 18; Not valid during Christmas, New Years, Epiphany and Carnival).
  • TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply (AGBH 2006).
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Up to 30 days prior the arrival date, cancellation is possible at no charge. Afterwards, the following cancellation fees apply: Between 29 and 7 days prior the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full stay value is due; 6-0 days prior the arrival date a 90% cancellation fee of the full stay value becomes payable.
  • INTERNET: WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
  • SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: All rooms & suites are non-smoking only. Please also refrain from smoking in our restaurants and all public areas.
  • PETS: To be considerate of other hotel guests, we kindly ask you to leave your pet at home.
